2025-26 Small Business and Charities Electricity Bill Relief - Embedded Networks - Application Form

Introduction

The 2025-26 National Energy Bill Relief program helps WA small businesses and charities on embedded networks pay their electricity bills. The program is delivered by the WA Government on behalf of the Australian Government. 

WA small businesses on an embedded network that use less than 50 megawatt hours of electricity per year may be eligible for a National Energy Bill Relief payment of $150 in the 2025-26 financial year.

This application form is for small businesses and charities that are located in and receive electricity bills from an embedded electricity network (on-supply).

If you are a retail (on-market) customer and receive your electricity bill from an energy retailer, you will automatically receive the National Energy Bill Relief payment on your electricity bill.

If you have already received the National Energy Bill Relief payment, you do not need to apply using this form. If you’re not sure, contact the electricity retailer on your electricity bill before applying.
